The top half are those that won the passes by placing in a contest where
they were offered as part of the purse. Most of those won theirs at the
Monterey Swingfest. The bottom half are the Champions that have been
supporting/participating/atten ding/competing at the Central Coast Swing
Dance events ie Monterey Swingfest, Jack & Jill O'Rama, and the Halloween
